I have been over weight all my life and on thyroid meds since I was 18. I am 46 and after 2 rough years of taking care of a dying in-law and many years of taking care of everyone else but me, March 27th changed me. I started your sit and tone, then orderdered More Sit Down and Tone Up, and since then  I feel better about myself and I have lost weight. I didnt even know I had lost that much weight, but the doctor wanted me to weigh in. I seen him march 27th and from then till now that is what has happened. I am not going by a scale just on my clothes size and how good I feel. Since I was so large and still am I needed exercise that wouldn't put strain on my knees and ankles. Your no/low-impact programs were the answer.  Exercising from a chair is perfect for me, and the results are amazing. I want more videos, so you have got to get busy again making more!   

Just today I had 2 people stop me and ask what was I doing for they can see the positive change in me. Yes, I gave my secret away and even told my doctor today about your videos and how he could go online and check them out. THANK YOU CAN NOT BE SAID ENOUGH!
