The #1 reason I hear as to why people don't exercise is that they don't have enough time.

Even better news: Once you learn the patterns you may do them any time.

For example:

I "sneak" in abdominal and thigh exercises while waiting for food to arrive at a restaurant!  I subtley do leg lifts while hugging my abdominals in.  I contract my thigh and lift up and down, while focusing on engaging my core muscles.

4 Times a day and it is close to magic!
