A great package that combines a shorter strength training experience using hand weights with a longer, really fun aerobic dancing experience! Great for every age - especially good for people with limited space to exercise, it works well in my small living room! Jodi is a great teacher, and it's fun to see the group of people of all ages exercising together - great for the whole family to use. Highly recommended if you want a good workout and some fun combined! I'm 66 and have always exercised at home with videos and DVDs - I have a knee issue now and was desperately searching for something I could do to keep in shape and still have fun. This is it! It's fun to dance again! I also have Chair Yoga and Greatest Hits - I rotate through them all and enjoy each one.
