Going to conventions is so much fun for us! 

We love making new friends and spreading the joy of Chair Dancing Fitness!

Here is an email we just received from some new friends in Chair Dancing!  

It made our week bright reading this great news, and we couldn't wait to share!!!

Hi Jodi : You had asked us to stay in touch after we ordered your DVDs after attending the AARP conference in San Diego. We had been looking for an exercise program that my husband who is a lower limb amputee(in a wheelchair) also with myasthenia gravis and I with Osteo Arthritis in my knees could do together. We began in early October. We do aerobics two days a week and alternate with toning and yoga on the other two days. We both enjoy it and it is really paying off. I have less knee pain and my husband is sticking with it. We went for a check up with our doctor this week and he was thrilled with our progress. With a better eating plan, Raleigh has lost 12 pounds and me 16 ! All of our labs were also great from blood sugar to cholesterol.! I even took your brochure to the Doctor so he could encourage other patients who say they can't exercise. Thank you and Blessings to you and yours this holiday season. Barbara and Raleigh
