Marian, and her Mom and Dad have been exercising with me since the pandemic began.  Sharing their experiece... Yay! I'm honored to be part of your family❣️

Your DVD's have truly been the glue to keep us moving during this pandemic...I can't tell you enough.

One of our challenges is we don't have a set time everyday to do our chair aerobics session, so we have a daily negotiation on when everyone is up for meeting given this and that. Our habits change even more with the seasons, and the sunlight in the room yadda, yadda, yadda. 

The fact that we have been doing your DVD's 5-6 days a week for a year, is a true miracle.

I am going to surprise them with a new DVD every week or every other week- I've learned too many changes at once doesn't always go well, and I've been meaning to tell you we love the Greatest Hits too ! 

We have your DVD's memorized by now, and everyone knows what to expect- you might as well be a family member by now.

I mean it! You saved my life!

I received my Chair Dancing 1 and 2 lb weights and I just love them!! I have arthritis in my hands and the flat weights are so much easier for me to hold. Even resting them on my thighs when doing knee lifts are easier. And the colors are great. I got pink ones.  [...]
