I have been doing these exercises for close to 12 years interspersed with water aerobics and Silver Sneakers for the last couple of years. When weather is bad and I cannot get out I always know that these DVDs are available. Have had both back surgery and knee replacement and these are the best to stay strong. Cannot praise them enough. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

This sit down and tone up DVD is great for people who do not enjoy exercising as myself. It's a great workout. Jodi is delightful. I also enjoy the other people in the DVD. There is a good range of all types of ages and shapes. It has encouraged me to start exercising and I am sure it will help many

I am currently on Weight Watchers, I post praises on their community boards constantly about your Chair Dancing. It is so great for me since I have all 10 Chair Dancing® Fitness DVDs. I take medications that cause me to be unsteady on my feet and sitting down to work out is perfect me.
I've been doing them for about a month now and I've seen quite an improvement in losing fat and gaining muscle tone. My thighs have never been thinner. I am 1/2 lb. away from my goal weight with Weight Watchers and I believe whole heartily that Chair Dancing combined with the diet has been essential to my routine.
