Menopause and its symptoms are complex. Hormonal changes lead to a myriad of physical and emotional adjustments that are often experienced as destabilizing and distressing. They can profoundly affect a woman’s physical, psychological, and psychosocial landscape.
Being physically active and fit has helped me in this chapter!
While conventional therapies may address specific symptoms, they fail to address a woman as a holistic system.
For those of us, myself included, who choose to not use Hormone Replacement Therapy, Yoga or Chair Yoga, may offers comfort and relief.
