Any exercise that you can find yourself doing consistently is the best exercise for you!  Listen to your heart rate and your body.  Have fun with it!  Find something you really enjoy doing and you'll be more likely to do it often.  Dance, hike, beach walks, bike rides with your kids, aerobics classes come in all types!  Forcing it, or too much too fast will cause a burn-out, and that doesn't benefit you at all, so find your fitness and keep it fun!
