    My library of exercise videos is close to 100 but none of them equal the chair exercise. Besides hitting spots that normally don't get a workout, it's enjoyable. It's my party time to exercise. It's energizing, cheering, joyful. I feel that I've been hunting for this kind of exercise all the time but the "chair exercise" category was off-putting. But I picked up the chair exercise video at the library because I felt the walking exercise weren't really the best for my arthritic knees.

    I'm totally delighted with all of the seven videos so far.

    Staying Fit and Being Healthy in the New Year

    I just finished the Latin, Soul and Rock 'N Roll DVD. It is great! My favorite segment is the "I Like It". Instead of the plates, I used Jodi's slimbell weights. They are great, especially if you have had carpal tunnel surgery, or you have weak wrists. They are easy to hold, and do not cause cramps in your hands.

    I have almost all of Jodi's DVDs and with each new workout they keep getting better. I enjoy this one because it is challenging and anybody can do it because you can adapt the movements to your fitness level. The only thing that I didn't like too much was that I do the workouts sitting down and they need to have a few more close up shots of one person sitting and one person standing doing each diffrent excercise. I found those shots most helpful in learning the moves.
