Do you feel too out of shape to exercise?

Many fitness products and health clubs make it seem like everyone is fit and beautiful.

Can you relate to Melanie? A bit overweight, quite out of shape woman with a family history of heart disease and arthritis… She feels there are few alternatives in the “gym” to accommodate her particular needs. She feels intimidated and distanced by fit people.
