    As the “dog days” of summer scorch much of the U.S. and early fall temperatures are expected to hover around the 80s, it is often difficult to become motivated to exercise. Even though most people understand the benefits of keeping their body moving, the temperatures may thwart their intentions. However, now a solution is at hand! Indoor-seated exercise offers a cool, comfortable option to help people stay fit during the overwhelming heat -- although it works great in other temperatures, too! Elizabeth Lane, 85, is glad she found this simple exercise option. “When it’s 111 outside, here in Sun City, Arizona, am I ever relieved to sit in my chair and do my aerobic exercise to keep me fit and happy.”
